Co-FounderLorene Agather is a seasoned digital advertising executive with more than a decade of experience working across verticals, ranging from medical to global hospitality. Most recently, Lorene was the Online Marketing Manager for Cook Children’s Health Care System, one of the largest pediatric health-care systems in the southwest with more than 1 million patient encounters across its more than 60 pediatric medical offices and specialty clinics. While at Cook Children’s, Lorene managed all digital advertising efforts and oversaw the health-care system’s digital location management. Prior to Cook Children’s, Lorene was the Online Marketing Manager at Hilton Worldwide, an internationally renowned portfolio of hotels and distinct brands with locations across the globe. Here, Lorene was responsible for the strategic management of the marketing organization across all paid channels, as well as technology integration. Lorene also spent time working for digital marketing agency iProspect, where she built and led digital media strategy for a range of hospitality and retail clients.
Lorene’s passion for the culinary arts and hospitality led her to receive her culinary arts certificate from the esteemed Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. Lorene lends her time to many non-profit and philanthropic organizations: She is an Operating Board Member for The Fort Worth Science and History Museum and serves on the Board of Directors for The Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo. She is also actively involved with The Saving Hope Foundation, which aims to end animal abuse and neglect. Lorene received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Entrepreneurial Management from TCU.

LA Moncrief is a passionate digital marketer with more than a decade of experience working for luxury brands, global marketing firms and national philanthropic organizations. Prior to co-founding LMC, LA was a Media Strategy Lead for global, independent digital company PMG. During her time at PMG, LA led digital media strategy for clients across various verticals including retail, entertainment, grocery and non-profit organizations. During her career, LA has also served as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications for the YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth, a leading non-profit agency that makes large-scale community impact through programs designed to emphasize youth development, encourage healthy living and empower social responsibility. Here, LA designed and implemented a robust integrated marketing strategy that spanned all YMCA locations, thus increasing branding and promotional opportunities and strengthening the marketing and communications structure overall.
LA is involved in a number of non-profit organizations. She is an Operating Board Member of the Fort Worth Botanic Garden and the Botanical Research Institute of Texas and is a Stock Show Experience Ambassador for the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo. LA received a Bachelor’s of Science in Advertising with an emphasis on Business from TCU.
